A Heli vest is truly a rare find, well not really, but one in new condition with the original tags definitely is. This particular series II has everything and is completely minty, well minus the hydration bladder. The seller them self doesn't even know why it doesn't have it, from the provided pictures one can't tell if the O or A are marked. But the tags do show X's through text, which does typically reference the markdown and/or in-completion. New these were somewhat expensive, and as a minty one in yellow the seller demands $700 buy now, which is higher than they will usually sell for at auction and yet they usually have the bladder. So, its up to you, an extra $250 on the norm for tags, or shop around for a lower price for one with a with a bladder; up to you.
